Matuško Dingač (2019)

This is the most noble, the most famous and most valued Croatian wine, and certainly the one that is exported worldwide. Soil is exposed to numerous sun hours on the southern slopes of the Pelješac peninsula: above virgin bays of the slopes where the vineyards are located, steep grades up to 70%, this ecological area is home the Dingač. Over 2.800 hours of sun annually and sea salt taken by strong local wind, embraces this special and high-quality grape variety.

Dingač, matured in silence of oak barrels, with dark ruby red color and purple hues but clear at the same time, it has full and rounded flavor, harmonious taste combining astringency and sweetness. We would like to emphasize floral aromas that are characteristic for this wine label, but it is not typical for Dingač variety. We recommend opening the bottle for at least 2 hours before tasting!
