An ideal location, basking in the reflected rays of the Adriatic Sea combined with a modern and newly equipped cellar, produces and guarantees a top quality wines.
Interesting and complex wine. It has a dark red ruby color, with nice noticeable density (thickness). It is clean, harmonious, well rounded and full. Fruitiness of dark berries such as cherry is nicely balanced with hints of vanilla and coffee beans, accompanied with the subtle and very distant echoes of Dalmatian herbs. Tannins are very well incorporated in the structure and profile of this wine, producing pleasant and fine bitterness. Barrique is not too dominant, not overpowering – wine has very good balance of all components.
Food pairing: Roasted and spiced meat dishes, stews made of oilier fish, mature cheeses, prosciutto, veal and game.
