A more approachable Plavac that will make it easier to start a conversation and the one that the drinker won’t have to woo for a long time for it to surrender itself to him/her, but it’s not any less interesting. Dry, mid-bodied (13 % alcohol) with cherry and blueberry aromas. It is an excellent companion to meals made with venison, red meat, either barbecued or added to casseroles and stews of any kind, and hard cheeses made of cow’s and sheep’s milk.
