Great french variety has become domesticated in the most eastern part of Croatia. Late harvested grapes from selected positions of Kraljevo Brdo, Busije and Lipovača result with wine which has respectable body and pronounced fruitiness where dark forrest fruit and sweetness of plum jam are dominate.
Polished tannins are result of one year maturation in 500L and 1200L large oak vessels and additional 12 months in bottle.
Food pairing: Poultry, risotto or lamb.
