Croatia has a lot of tiny Organic winemakers, be they Natural wine producers, bio-dynamic freaks or just people who have an attitude towards the sustained living with
nature - these are really rare wines!
The main difference is that a lot of the small producers which wines are listed on our website are really "organic" in their nature of living, and not caring about "Bio stamps" on their wines, they just do it right, by avoiding chemicals in thier vineyards and "just" using natural wild yeasts for fermentation with very low sulphur add-ons.
