Brut Classic is made up of 70 percent chardonnay and 30 percent of the old Plešivica grape varieties, which, for example, include yellow plavec.
The sparkling wine has spent 40 months on the lees (which is typical of the standards of top champagne houses), and is sugared with only four to five grams of dosagea.
This is an excellent wine, which could be drunk or cellared for 5-6 years.
